Dutch visual artist Jan Hoff [1957] has been devoted to constructivistic art since 2013. His compositions contain strips of dark or light glossy paper which, glued on their carrier at a 45 or 90 degree angle, create a ritmic abstract geometrical pattern. The dance of light and shadow on his work invoke a strong sense of balance and stillness, whilst never losing its liveliness. Always the same and ever changing. They invite the eyes to watch closely.
